Start > Run > Regedit.exe. ( Open Registry Editor)
Open
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > Advanced.
Create A new DWORD (32-bit) Value.. And Rename that New > "EnableBalloonTips." > Open that > And Change the Value to 0 ( One thing There Base Is not matter.. because 0 is 0 in the deciman and hexadecimal..
DONE
Now Close the Registry Editor > Restart your system.. > See where the notification bar.... ..
